In Christianity, "food for the soul" refers to the Word of the Lord, and by adhering to His teachings, one can lead a fulfilling life because the joy of the Lord will be upon you. I am an advocate for health and wellness.
In 2019 I started a business, Nu Roots. I have done many workshops and retreats bringing the God ordained message of living in good health to many. The creativity that God uses through exercise and clean eating to express our relationship with the Lord is truly a blessing to the body of Christ. I believe that God wants us to be well completely.
